Overview

We are seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to proactively identify, contact, and build long-term relationships with Developers, General Contractors (GCs), and Project/Construction Managers. This role focuses on industry-based communication, relationship building, and consistent follow-up, rather than aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through: LinkedIn outreach, Industry referrals, Trade shows (e.g., GTC, construction exhibitions), and Referrals from existing clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with Developers, GCs, PMs, and CMs
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand project needs and timelines
  • Maintain accurate client and outreach records
  • Perform structured follow-ups after trade shows and networking events
  • Coordinate with internal teams to hand off qualified leads

Qualifications

  • Background in construction, engineering, mechanical, real estate, or related industries preferred
  • Experience working with construction companies, contractors, or B2B suppliers is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak professionally with industry stakeholders
  • Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) construction project workflows
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM or Excel-based tracking tools
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is considered an asset

Nice to Have

  • Existing network with GCs or Developers
  • Experience attending trade shows or industry events
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings or project documents is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
