Role Overview
Creator is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Customer Success team. The Account Director is the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring campaigns meet objectives, are delivered on time, and provide measurable results. They will manage and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and report to the Head of Client Services to assist in growing the revenue and increasing efficiency within the team.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and aligning influencer marketing strategies to meet objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage client expectations, communicate performance metrics, and provide insights on campaign results.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership and accountability in all aspects of work.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine agency processes, services, and strategic direction.
Campaign Oversight:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and lead post-campaign analyses with actionable insights for clients.
Business Growth:
- Identify and develop opportunities for client upselling or cross-selling, contributing to the growth of the agency.
- Support new business development by contributing to pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Provide thought leadership, delivering presentations, content on social and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
- 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing
- 3+ years of client management experience
- 2+ years of professional experience leading a team
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients
- Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
- Strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills to identify and determine steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute with minimal feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range:
We offer a starting annual salary of $70, ,000 CAD
Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
