Position: Senior Sales Consultant Assistant (for Leo Frey)
Location: Sun City Ford – Medicine Hat, AB
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible)Sun City Ford is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Senior Sales Consultant Assistant to support our top-performing consultant, Leo Frey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with sales paperwork and administrative processes
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Support in maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and assisting with customer inquiries
- Work with Finance to ensure all paperwork follows dealership processes and standards

- Organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient with computers and comfortable working with forms and data
