As a Sales Consultant, you will meet and work with many different customers and prospective buyers to match them with a vehicle that best suits their needs. Previous automotive sales experience is a bonus but not necessary, as we offer full training for the right candidate You are highly personable and influential with the ability to build and maintain relationships and trust with many customers You are well-connected in the community from involvement in extracurricular activities You are an out-of-the-box thinker and creative – the resources you use to attract customers and sell vehicles can include digital marketing, social media, and community outreach You are results-driven, ambitious, and value teamwork You are career-driven and looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity More About the Role Meet with customers and prospective buyers, ask the right questions, listen to understand needs, and match them to a vehicle that addresses their circumstances Be the product knowledge expert – know our products inside and out, including performance, optional packages, and the latest technology Provide an exceptional experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up Overcome objections and work with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager to finalize the purchase Use technology to promote yourself and our vehicles in the community via social media and other involvement Source new and future customers and build a loyal customer base #J-18808-Ljbffr
