Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surrey, BC, for a Sales Associate at Vendedor Auto Group. Responsibilities include assisting customers with selecting vehicles that meet their needs, guiding them through the purchasing process, and offering financing solutions. Additional tasks include maintaining product knowledge, following up with prospective clients, processing sales documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive car-buying experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in customer service, building relationships, and creating a welcoming buying experience.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales, market trends, and product specifications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financing options, including in-house and third-party credit solutions.
  • Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills tailored to diverse customer needs.
  • Organizational skills to manage sales processes and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or sales tools to track customer interactions.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or business are advantageous.
