Enersolv Design & Build specializes in the turnkey delivery of high-performance, energy-efficient buildings. Our mission is to work collaboratively with developers, engineers, architects, and building managers to design and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems that maximize asset performance.

Summary

Reporting to the HVAC Manager and Project Managers, you will play a key role in our New Construction and special project division. As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the tracking of paperwork on the projects you are assigned to. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the management of multiple projects, team members and sub-trades

· Prepare mechanical drawings for site staff (AutoCAD / Bluebeam, Training can be provided)

· Help create and perform Quality Control (QC) and site inspections

· Assist in scheduling equipment deliveries

· Prepare RFIs, MSIs and change orders

· Provide proactive Tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings and Meeting Minutes

· Review Shop drawings for compliance with Specification

· Create Operations & Maintenance manuals

· Close-out projects with all appropriate paper work

· Coordinate the timely remittance of all administrative tasks to the office and line management

· Maintain relationships with client representatives

· Participate in ongoing technical and professional development to support your team and your goals

· Project coordinator roles as requires to support the Project Managers

· Must be driven in execution of the Project works

· Other duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
