We supply major retailers and supermarkets across Ontario. As we expand, we're seeking dedicated team members who take pride in their work and want to grow with us in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Bread Production Baker to join our production team. This role focuses on high-volume bread production (including our signature soft bread rolls) in a commercial/industrial bakery setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with fast-paced production work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, portion, and bake bread products according to established recipes and production schedules
  • Operate industrial mixers, proofers, ovens, steamers, and related bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor dough proofing, baking times, and product quality to meet company standards
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the work area
  • Assist with inventory rotation and ingredient handling
  • Follow all workplace health and safety protocols

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of baking or food production experience in a commercial or industrial setting (preferred)
  • Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts and stand for long periods
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
