Green and Clean Home Solutions is seeking a Residential Window Cleaning Crew Lead to manage window and eavestrough cleaning projects and guide team members. This role is ideal for experienced window/eaves cleaners with leadership ability who thrive on delivering efficiency, quality, and professional service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead residential crews on interior and exterior projects.
  • Conduct client walk-arounds, ensure satisfaction, and collect final payments.
  • Oversee job site quality and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Complete required forms to track project progress, inventory, and payroll.
  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to homeowners and referrals.
  • Train and support junior cleaners to improve skills and performance.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are organized and safely maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of window/eavestrough cleaning experience (Required).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with ladders and carry equipment safely.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and team-minded approach.
  • Secondary school education (preferred).
  • WHMIS or Working at Heights certification (asset; training available if needed).

Pay & Advancement

  • Pay is based on project budgets at a competitive hourly rate of $24–$28, determined by project efficiency, quality standards, tenure, and complexity.
