Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our window cleaning team In this role, you will:
  • Provide high-quality interior and exterior window cleaning services.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize feedback and training to continually improve your skills.
  • Be rewarded for your effort through competitive pay and performance bonuses.
 Responsibilities
  • Clean windows, gutters, siding, and screens using professional tools and techniques. 
  • Maintain clean and well-maintained equipment. 
  • Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Accept mobile payments from residential clients. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. 
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely.
