The Position:

· Seeking welders and fitters, contract position approximately mid-January through end of March

· Structural steel welding and fitting onboard vessels

· Full-time hours

· Competitive hourly rate plus substantial overtime (including double time on Sundays)

· Accommodations for out-of-town workers

· Opportunity for full-time employment for high performing team members at the end of the season

Requirements:

· CWB certified welders with all position SMAW, FCAW is an asset

· We are accepting applicants who do not have tickets, if you have the skills and experience, we'll arrange a CWB test to help you obtain certification.

· Marine industry experience is an asset

· Welders who have steel cutting skills with oxygen fuel gas cutting torches and have basic steel fitting capabilities are most sought after
