As a Service Support, a typical day might include the following:

  • Assist technicians and service staff with day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and organize inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Support tire storage management and ensure proper organization
  • Keep the service area clean, safe, and efficient
  • Step in as a Service Advisor when needed, assisting customers with service appointments, updates, and inquiries
  • Provide general support to the service team as required by management

This job might be right for you if:

  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • High energy and motivation to grow into a trained technician or advisor role in the future
