Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in the Salisbury, NB area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting clients with their daily needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications safely and according to prescribed care plans.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist as needed.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Monitor clients' health status and communicate any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license with ANBLPN.
  • Experience in in-home care or community health is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
