Be part of an elite, specialized security team We are seeking high-caliber Critical Response Team Security Guards who thrive under pressure and excel in fast-paced, challenging environments. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, advanced training, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving scenarios. As a member of our Critical Response Team, you will be ready to take on short notice shifts and travel to nearby cities to safeguard the community, property, and assets in situations that demand the highest level of preparedness and professionalism.

Responsibilities     

Willingness to travel surrounding cities up to 2 to 4 hours awayRespond rapidly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and critical situationsAccess control and alarm responseProvide tactical support and reinforcement to frontline security teamsConduct high-visibility patrols and proactive threat deterrenceSafeguard high-value assets and sensitive environmentsCollaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when requiredMaintain detailed incident reporting and situational awareness

Qualifications 

Valid BC Security License BC Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle is preferred Advanced security or tactical training (use of force, crisis intervention, defensive tactics, etc.) are preferred, but not required Must have either Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced First Aid Training Minimum 1 year of experience in security preferred (Industrial/Healthcare/Campus) Physical ability to respond to demanding situations Excellent communication and de-escalation skills Ability to work under pressure with sound judgment and discretion Flexibility for various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends 

Education Requirements (All)

Grade 12 or GED equivalent



Certification Requirements (All)

Valid BC Security Licence
