Elite Warriors Security Ltd. is currently hiring professional and reliable Part-Time Security Officers to join our growing team in Kelowna, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, disciplined, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

We are looking for officers who take pride in their presence, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of assigned sites
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security risks
  • Control access points and verify identification when required
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally and promptly
  • Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority and professionalism
  • Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency services when needed

Requirements

  • Valid BC Security Worker Licence (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong observation and situational awareness
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Previous security experience is an asset (but not required)
