About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Technology to lead the architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical strategy of our rapidly scaling SaaS platform. In this role, you will oversee Azure cloud environments, guide .NET and backend development, and provide hands-on architectural direction while managing and mentoring engineering teams. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone with deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Provide architectural direction with
5+ years experience as a Solutions/Cloud Architect - Oversee .NET-based system design, backend development, integrations, and performance optimization
- Guide infrastructure strategy, scalability planning, and security best practices
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring strong execution and technical excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, security, and leadership teams
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, pipeline efficiency, and system reliability
Requirements:
- Deep hands-on knowledge of
cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) - Minimum
5 years in architecture roles
, designing complex, scalable SaaS systems - Strong experience with
.NET technologies, backend development (3+ years), and infrastructure management - Proven leadership and people-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience working in fast-growing SaaS or high-availability environments is an asset
