Responsibilities

In this industry leading company, you will have a chance to work alongside senior executives, and contribute directly to company success; by creating and analyzing bids and proposals for large real estate building operators, collaborating across departments for best-value solutions, and creating recommendations for project optimization within global real estate building operation. In this role, you will become a leader in your specialization, contributing and assisting with projects across the country. The following experience will be an asset: skilled at analyzing large amounts of complicated data, working with new and emerging technology and software, working on challenging and specific bids and cost data, creating recommendations and cost estimates based on specific analysis of an industry.
