This will include any faults found from the mainline through to the customer's premises, which would impair the operation of Eastlink's services. Committed to maintaining our outside plant network in a timely and effective way, you will work towards the ultimate goal of providing the superior services that Eastlink is known for.Eastlink provides in-house technical and safety training as well as training on specific services and duties that will increase with experience to ensure you have the skills to succeed. Qualifications:As the ideal candidate, you are a professional, customer orientated individual who has strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced customer facing work environment. You are a graduate of a recognized Electronics program. Relevant industry repair and maintenance experience is considered an asset.  NCTI or SCTE training is considered an asset. Committed to fostering a safe work environment, you proactively demonstrate Occupational Health & Safety work safe practices. Able to travel throughout the region, you require a valid driver's license coupled with a satisfactory driving record. As part of the recruitment process a drivers abstract, and criminal background check will be requested.You also have the ability to do the following:

Manually lift, push and pull up to 90 lbs.
Work in inclement weather conditions (including snow, rain & cold)
Kneel, crouch and work above shoulders on occasion.
Work safely aloft from a ladder, pole gaffs, or bucket truck near energized equipment and/or power lines.
