Refrigeration Technician

Position Overview:

As part of our HVAC/Refrigeration team, you'll work alongside experienced technicians on a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including:

• Heat pump installations (ductless & central)

• Refrigeration service & repairs

• Geothermal & solar support work

• General HVAC diagnostics, maintenance & troubleshooting

We are a Nova Scotia Power Authorized Installer and a Preferred Partner with Efficiency Nova Scotia, giving you hands-on experience with the latest industry standards and technologies.

What We're Looking For Registered HVAC Apprentice (Block 1–4) or Red Seal Technician Strong willingness to learn, work hard, independently troubleshoot and grow within the company. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license (required). Comfortable working in all weather conditions. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Willing to work independently as well as part of a team.
