Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Designer based in Vancouver with the flexibility of some work from home. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for representing Design in their product development triad, implementing and iterating on 0-1 design concepts, conducting light user research, and managing product design processes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in corporate, professional user experience design
  • Experience and interest in design systems, including building and re-using patterns focusing on AI
  • Interest in prototyping via AI, including vibe-coding prototypes
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with moderate support from your Design Director
  • Visual Design skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance principles is a plus
