At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for a Preowned Equipment Inspector to join our fast-paced, energetic team in Region 4 supporting the Yorkton, Balcarres, Moosomin, Russell areas.

As a Preowned Equipment Inspector you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and dealerships by evaluating the condition of ag machinery being considered for purchase or trade. Responsibilities

Evaluate and determine reconditioning costs needed to get equipment ready for sale
Prepare written reports including detailed pictures and analysis of equipment for the Sales team
Enter all data into required systems
Build and maintain relationships with Sales team through regular communication about equipment

Requirements

Strong knowledge of operating agriculture equipment
Valid drivers license & and ability to travel throughout SK, MB & AB
Excellent analytical & interpretive skills
Ability to work independently & in a team environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
Able to meet all physical requirements
Handle multiple priorities with deadlines
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education
Proficiency in MS Office products
3+ years of heavy and/or ag equipment experience or equivalent
Journeyperson Ag Tech preferred
