Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing suite and common area utility bills for payment in our Boardwalk proprietary system
  • Assist with service provider inquiries, hook-ups and disconnects
  • Assist with utility account reviews and reconciliations
  • Assist with other duties as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Experience in real estate property management or utilities billing and payables preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Office 365 (particularly with Excel)
  • Comfortable working in a computer environment

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills are key
  • Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to new and changing environments
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and good team working skills
  • Takes initiatives to help in other function areas
  • Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
