Premier Racking Solutions Inc installs and dismantles warehouse racking for a variety of companies throughout Canada with the bulk of our work being in the GTA. Over the years, PRS has grown to be the "Installer of Choice" for one of North America's largest racking companies. We also have potential growth within our company and take pride and care for our team.

PRS installers will be responsible for working with a foreman in a team effort to ensure the progress and completion of current and future project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate with perform their duties professionally to ensure project success.

Premier Racking Solutions Inc emphasizes honesty, hard work, reliability, respectfulness, and efficiency and the ideal candidate will display these attributes.

"Must Have's" for a PRS Racking Installer:

· Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

· Must be dependable and on-time

· Safety shoes, reflective vest, and hardhat

· Willingness to travel to and from job sites daily

· Willingness to lift and carry pieces of equipment

· Willingness to get dirty

· Willingness to work at heights (potentially)

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

· Must Pass 4-Steps and WHMIS free online courses (before work begins)

· Working at Heights Certification preferred (but will train hired employees)

· Ability to prioritize, stay on task, work as a team, and follow instructions

· Work with a crew to install or dismantle racking in a timely manor for the completion of time sensitive projects

· Continually review projects to ensure they are carried out in accordance with required specifications, schedules, budgets, resolving issues, and implementing solutions as needed

· Help establish and maintain good relations with general contractors, subcontractors, installers, etc. as necessary to ensure project success

Hours:

Work hours vary but are generally Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (48 hours/week).

*Please note:

  • Hours may vary depending on the job and/or jobsite.

  • Travel pay is usually only given when the jobsite is over 100 km from our Kitchener location.

Benefits:

PRS offers health benefits and paid vacation are offered after the normal probation period.

Salary:

Employees are paid biweekly, and the hourly pay will depend on experience.
