Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves engaging with children, developing lesson plans, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development.

Duties

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction.
  • Assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records of their growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
  • Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and leadership qualities are required.
  • Proficient computer skills for classroom operation and documentation purposes.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
