Waterworks Pools & Spas is looking for a Master Service Technician — a senior-level professional with advanced technical skills, proven leadership, and a passion for excellence in the pool and spa industry.

This is not an entry-level or intermediate role. It's a position for someone who thrives on solving the toughest technical challenges and raising the bar for the entire service team.

What You'll Do

As our Master Service Technician, you'll be the technical authority in the field — handling the most complex service calls, troubleshooting specialty systems, and mentoring our next generation of technicians.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing advanced pool/spa systems, including: Heat pumps, variable-speed pumps, automation (Pro Logic, Omni Logic, Aquarite, Sense & Dispense, UV), and WiFi integrations
  • Leading specialty installations: auto covers, mechanical rooms, underground plumbing, and high-end product setups
  • Performing leak detection and liner inspections
  • Ensuring top-tier service quality and consistency across all projects
  • Mentoring Junior and Senior Technicians through our 
    Learn It, Earn It
     Advancement Program
  • Serving as a trusted technical advisor to the Service Manager

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in the pool and spa industry
  • Expertise in advanced troubleshooting and specialty systems
  • Strong understanding of pool/spa automation and WiFi integration
  • Plumbing and mechanical installation skills
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in outdoor conditions

Schedule

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday
  • Summer: Early starts, longer days (~7 AM)
  • Winter: Standard 8-hour days
