Role Description

Seasons Property Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This on-site role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will handle tenant relations, oversee maintenance and repairs, and ensure all properties meet regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of residential and commercial properties
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance
  • Support lease administration, renewals, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to all local, provincial, and federal property regulations
  • Maintain accurate property records, reports, and financial documentation
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Compulsory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
  • Valid limited property management license required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Ontario property management laws and regulations
  • Customer service–focused and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio) is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
