Instruments has been serving customers in the aerospace, plastic injection molding, medical, nuclear, defence and electronic industries since 1971.Website: The successful candidate will have primary responsibilities to complete deliveries between location together with general labour shop duties.Benefits / Perks:BCI Full-Time Employees enjoy free parking, recognition of significant milestones and life events, with:100% Company-Paid BenefitsCompetitive Pay (Dependent upon Experience)Profit SharingJob Requirements:MUST HAVE 3-YEAR CLEAN DRIVING ABSTRACT.Operate and drive BCI van for pick-up and delivery of documentation, parts and/or non-TDG products.Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Plan delivery travel schedules and service routes including timely communication between Head Office and delivery locations on delivery status.Load, unload, transport and/or store goods (>50-pounds on occasion) through manual materials handling, hand truck, Forklift or other equipment from trucks or other conveyances.Record information on pick-ups and deliveries, vehicle mileage and fuel costs and report any incidents or problems encountered.Computer literate to input data for computerized pick sheets and inventory record-keeping system.Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and/or damaged goods.Required to continually provide/maintain clean 3-year Class "G" driving record during employment.Completes general labour tasks such as material cutting and/or equipment movement during non-driving hours.Demonstrated commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.Ability to work with other plant personnel.Adhere to and maintains safe work practices, including WHMIS requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.This full-time vacant role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-YEARS current work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and ability to lift 50-pounds. Forklift experience preferred.MUST RESIDE IN PROVINCE OF ONTARIO WITH A VALID CLASS 'G' LICENCE and have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).Early Shift (7am) start time.B.C.
