Tez Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal CareAttendant (PCA) to join our growing team. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting clients within their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort as they recover from injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel safe and encouraged during their recovery journey
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or community outings as needed
  • Maintain client privacy, dignity, and respect in all interactions

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with physical injuries, brain injuries, or mental health conditions is preferred
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Work Setting:

  • Client homes across Lower Mainland (Surrey, Delta, Vancouver, Langley, Richmond, and surrounding areas)
