En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, vous relèverez directement du directeur des ventes et vous vous concentrerez sur le développement de nouvelles affaires et sur l'entretien des relations avec les clients existants afin d'augmenter le volume des ventes. Vous serez responsable de la croissance rentable des ventes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente annuels en offrant une gamme complète de solutions de machinerie tout en fournissant un service à la clientèle exemplaire.

Qualifications souhaitées :

  • Expérience démontrée dans la vente industrielle, le travail du bois, le bois de construction, l'ébénisterie, la menuiserie préfabriquée ou les applications de bois d'œuvre.
  • Expérience de la production, de la gestion, de l'exploitation, de la maintenance et/ou d'autres domaines connexes.
  • Min. 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente avec une capacité prouvée à exécuter le processus de vente complet.
  • Capacité à travailler à domicile
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale et capacité à nouer de solides relations professionnelles.
  • Solides compétences en matière de planification, de résolution de problèmes et de négociation
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Capacité à voyager sur le territoire assigné (des nuitées sont nécessaires)
  • Permis de conduire valide et capacité à obtenir un passeport valide pour les voyages internationaux.
  • Vaccinations requises pour les voyages nationaux et internationaux
  • Expérience de l'enregistrement et de la documentation des appels de vente à l'aide d'un système de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
  • Résidence principale près de Montréal / Laval / Rive-Sud, QC

WEINIG Canada Inc., a world leader in solid wood and panel processing industrial woodworking machinery and technologies, has an excellent opportunity for a fully bi-lingual Account Manager in the Southern Quebec region. We are looking for a highly motivated individual in a quick paced environment whose passion is to be a leading sales professional.

As a Account Manager you will report directly to the Director of Sales and focus on new business development and cultivating relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume. You will be responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve annual sales goals by offering a full range of machinery solutions while providing exemplary customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Industrial Sales, Woodworking, Mass timber, cabinetry, millwork, or lumber applications.
  • Production, management, operational, maintenance, and/or other related experience
  • Min. 5 years successful sales experience with proven ability to execute the full-cycle sales process
  • Ability to work from home
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Strong planning, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory (overnight stays are required)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel
  • Required Vaccinations for domestic and international travel
  • Experience with properly recording and document sales calls utilizing CRM
  • Primary residence near Montreal / Laval / South Shore, QC
