As a Quality Control Technician for North Arc Precision, you will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of product safety and quality of incoming and outgoing products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspecting and measuring all incoming components of products using state of the art measurement systems

· Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs. Including FA and PPAP reports

· Generating detailed Non-Conformance Reports and communicate with external vendors

· Communicating required quality or process adjustments to internal production supervisor

· Reading engineering drawings and specifications to understand the requirements of products

· Assisting in generation and implementation of inspection plans

· Programming and operating Keyence vision measurement systems (training provided)

· Programming and operating CMM (training provided)

· Assisting Quality Engineer in resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner

· Supporting R&D and engineering efforts in performing precision measurements and generating detailed report

· Supporting efforts of continuous improvement activities of products and processes

· Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations

Requirements:

· Post Secondary school education in Mechanical Engineering and Quality Engineering

· Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications with GD&T is an asset

· Experience building and/or inspecting bike components or triggers is an asset

· Able to lift up to 10lbs

· This position is 100% in-office at our facility in Mississauga
