Service Advisor

Victoria Hyundai is proud to have the most innovated and exciting brand in the Automotive Industry We are looking to add a Service Advisor to our growing team.
The successful candidate would have excellent communication and customer service skills, will have a TEAM first attitude and will have previous experience in an automotive service department.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services to customers
- Follow up on any unsold work
- Write service work orders
- Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
- Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Create work orders with accurate information
- Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend additional needed service
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail
- Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Who you are:
- 2+ years experience in a service advisor role is required
- Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people
- A positive attitude & always smiling
- Flexible schedule and available to work Saturdays
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, energetic environment
- Great organizational & computer skills
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Nice to haves:
- Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset
- PBS knowledge is considered an asset
