Field-Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1) As-Built system maintenance

a. Daily or as required, updating the as-built system for new engineering releases and for revisions to ensure the system is continually up to date.

2) Quality Documentation

a. Collect quality documentation from supervisors and upload to system

b. Support company processes by working with employees on training and support submissions

c. Investigate potential design issues, determine if design or fabrication error

d. Revision log updates

3) Safety Documentation

a. Monitor safety documents

b. Inform supervisors with training is expired or needs to be completed

c. Files all completed safety documents

d. Maintain employee training matrix

e. Rigging training – train the trainer – train employees

f. Maintain SWPs – write SWPs – train employees

g. Forklift training - train the trainer - train employees

h. Monthly reporting of upcoming employee training requirements

i. Incident reporting – releasing data of monthly incidents

4) In-progress progression

a. Setup system to upload master mechanical BOMs and develop completion metrics to show progress per machine serial number

b. Maintains master mechanical and electrical BOMs

c. Updates daily master BOM per machine for progress submitted by operations. Weekly reports on machine progress per serial number

5) Maintain company build initiative plans

6) Shipping

a. Pallet design

b. Planning Container Design

c. Shipping material design

7) KPI development

a. Metric development for operations

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in engineering, including design, analysis, and testing.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.

  • Experience with drafting standards and practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Experience in part measurements and system troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
