Join Visy's Tumut Paper Mill as a Reel Store Supervisor and lead a high-performing distribution team. You'll oversee safe daily operations, coordinate logistics and maintenance, manage inventory and rosters, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitor the safe operation for the Reel Store, including Noggin incident reporting
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to complete repairs on forklifts, AGV's and other machinery
• Liase with internal and external fleet allocators to ensure deliveries are appropriately coordinated
• Manage various stakeholders with a solution focused mindset
• Oversee the daily operations and implement improvements
• Monitoring inventory management to ensure effective staging
• Coordinating the staff rosters and manage leave balances
• Assist in development of a continuous improvement culture.

What You Will Bring to the Team: 

• Previous leadership experience
• A current valid Forklift licence
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Intermediate computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
