Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled General Renovation Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction or carpentry who takes pride in precision workmanship and wants to be part of creating unique, one-of-a-kind projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare site properly which includes but not limited to, setting up site for dust and debris control and managing tool staging area.
  • Conduct demolition and clean-up as required.
  • Assist in the construction, renovation, and finishing of residential and commercial wine cellars.
  • Perform general carpentry including framing, drywall, flooring, and trim work.
  • Support installation of wine racking systems, cabinetry, and decorative finishes.
  • Work alongside licensed trades in the setup of cooling and climate-control systems.
  • Conduct site preparation, demolition, and clean-up as required.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of existing wine cellar installations.
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards for luxury projects.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years' experience in general and similar construction, renovation, or finish carpentry.
  • Strong skills with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to fine craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
