Summary

We are seeking a dedicated part time Receptionist to join our team at Cornerstone Physiotherapy. We are a fun and lively work place where our staff and patients become friends. A beautiful, clean and modern environment with an excellent reputation in Toronto's medical community.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information and answering inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and appointment schedules
  • Provide information about services offered at Cornerstone Physiotherapy to patients and potential clients.
  • Coordinate direct billing processes with insurance companies as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Accounts payable

We are looking for applicants who have the ability to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, ability to to Saturday's.
