What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling Customer care & warranty specialists for reviews of homes.
- Scheduling service appointment for trade or supplier as per Customer Service Care & Warranty Specialists description of scope of work
- Document management – Scanning, photocopying, saving, and distributing electronic documents.
- Maintaining records of service requests and work completed during warranty period.
- Reporting on warranty and service forecast and job completion for monthly team meetings
- Managing and maintain Flowfinity (CRM and Field Scheduling Software)
Customer Service:
Administer 30-day, 6-months and 13-months reviews.
Schedule all appointments with homeowners via phone or e-mail while upholding Logel Homes customer service guidelines.
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
- Create all warranty related PO's and back charges.
- Coordinate & organize special events related to Warranty/Service department i.e. customer Meet & Greets
- Responsible for updates to Homeowner Guide and Customer Service Handbook
What You Bring To The Team
- Post-secondary education in related area of study.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative role
- Previous experience in working in the customer service field.
- Previous experience/knowledge in the multi-family construction or real estate industry is an asset.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to communicate technical information.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to work within timelines.
- Ability to problem solve through problems and issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and adjust to various personality types.
- Ability to build cross departmental relationships inside and outside the organization.
The successful candidate will have a genuine customer service focus and a positive and professional demeanor. The selected candidate will be subject to a comprehensive screening process, including a clear criminal record check and reference checks.
