As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Care Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Job Description:

  • Prepare homes for inspections including final occupancy by homeowners
  • Conduct pre-possession walkthroughs with homeowners, where service warranty lists will be reviewed and work to be done scheduled
  • Conduct effective reviews of the home with the client at 60 days and year end or as may be required from time to time
  • Ensure checklists are followed at 90 days and year end
  • Review work orders on a daily basis and follow-up with homeowners to ensure work is complete
  • Develop a constructive and respectful working relationship with homeowners
  • Conduct monthly inspections/work at showhomes, to keep the warranty valid, and the operation of the showhome running smoothly
  • Meet with direct supervisor at designated time to discuss work completed and work to be assigned to trades
  • Assist site supervisor with possession, walk throughs, attending client meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Several years' experience in residential / commercial construction or renovations or repairs
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in multiple trades functions such as carpentry, drywall, painting, etc. is a requirement, as is knowledge of various tools and equipment
  • Must have the ability to read and write in the English language at a basic level
  • Ability to coordinate several simultaneous tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and a flexible work style
  • Self-motivated with ability to work well independently
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and possess an excellent work ethic
  • General computer skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills in dealing with homeowners
  • Have a professional, clean and neat appearance
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have Alberta New Home Warranty (ANHW) experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
