Our client in manufacturing industry is looking for
Electrical Controls & Automation Specialist
in the Greater Toronto Area, ON

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial or food manufacturing environment.

  • Require 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician or 442A Industrial Electrician is considered a strong asset.

  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motion control, sensors, and actuators.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing high-speed filling and packaging systems.

  • Experience in PCB design, programming languages, and electronic systems integration is an asset.

  • Designing and manufacturing a PCB to connect all the electronics.

  • Sourcing off-the-shelf components and custom parts from manufacturers.

  • Prototyping, testing, debugging, and iterating the system.
