East York Pharmasave – Toronto, ON

East York Pharmasave is hiring a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician with compounding experience to join our busy, well-organized community pharmacy. This role is ideal for technicians who value accuracy, structure, and teamwork, and who enjoy hands-on pharmacy work in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support non-sterile compounding and compounding workflow
  • Process prescriptions accurately using Kroll pharmacy software
  • Assist pharmacists with compounded and complex prescriptions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment
  • Complete documentation and follow SOPs consistently
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with the pharmacy team

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Technician diploma or relevant pharmacy experience
  • Compounding experience preferred
  • Experience with Kroll (strong asset)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule

  • Part-time (2–3 days per week)
  • Opportunity for increased responsibility after a 6–8 week assessment

East York Pharmasave is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations, administration, and workflow coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and dependable, and who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process prescriptions using Kroll pharmacy software
  • Support pharmacy administration, documentation, and filing
  • Handle phone calls and patient communication professionally
  • Assist with inventory organization and workflow support
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized pharmacy environment
  • Communicate clearly with pharmacists and team members

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Technician diploma or relevant pharmacy experience
  • Experience with Kroll preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
