Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate records for client accounts, and perform regular reconciliations.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, assisting in month-end and year-end review processes.
  • GST Compliance: Handle GST-related activities, ensuring clients remain compliant.
  • Inventory and COGS monitoring and audit
  • Conduct comprehensive internal audits of financial statements and operational processes.
  • Analyze financial data using accounting software to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Skills

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in inventory management related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
