It is a very important role within this company, as you will be in charge of helping to find the right solutions for customers that apply for a second chance financing. This position allows you to have the first to the last contact with your customers, and therefore build their trust and confidence.

Successful candidate must:

  • Be very organized
  • Be able to have a flexible schedule – We are open 2 nights a week as well as Saturdays
  • Have significant customer service experience
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Have significant automotive sales experience
  • Demonstrate a great team work experience
  • Be goal oriented
  • Have experience and knowledge of the Finance Office products; including working with different banks and lenders, as well as offering products to protect the customer's credit, their loan, and their car

Other important skills:

  • Hard working
  • Be able to work effectively without constant supervision
  • Open minded and patient
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Have excellent writing skills in English and in French will be considered an asset
  • Be bilingual will be considered an asset
