We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician for one of our global medical device clients to join their growing team located in Quebec, Canada. The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site customer service support, repair, and maintenance within Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various sites to install and maintain medical aesthetic equipment
  • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and robotic aesthetic systems
  • Pack, ship, and receive equipment and material
  • Provide customer service via phone and resolve related issues
  • Handle call scheduling and other administrative duties independently
  • Stay up to date with current technical literature to ensure the following best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Associate Degree or bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electronic and/or mechanical equipment
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and a vehicle
  • Must be available to work after regular hours and on the weekends to meet customer demand during peak times
