Position: Bilingual Sales Representative (French & Mandarin)

Location: Montreal, Quebec (Remote & In-person as needed)

Salary: CA$4,000 – CA$6,000 per month

Compensation: Base + Commission after probation (Average annual income: CA$100,000)

We specialize in delivering high-quality architectural and building products to commercial clients.

To support our continued growth in the Quebec market, we are hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative based in Montreal. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French (for client communication) and Mandarin (to communicate with our head office and production teams). This position will be located in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and clearly communicate them to the local and head office.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and company operations.
  • Track client interactions and sales activities using CRM software; submit regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Fluency in French and Mandarin is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in coordinating and prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Quebec and attend industry events.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours with some flexibility (hybrid work option).
  • Post-Probation: Base salary plus commission. Average total annual income for a successful sales rep is CA$100,000.
