We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the team with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food handling and safety.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Strong skills in serving, cooking, meal preparation, and food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
