Our client in Brampton is looking for an experienced Part Manager to take charge of their parts department. This is an opportunity to work with an employer that has been in the forklift repair industry for over 40 years. Manage the part department and provide high -level customer service to customers. Develop and maintain the process. Create and oversee the department budget to ensure that financial goals are met. Maintain part inventory control system. Receive and fill orders for parts. Update customers on orders. Handle all customer complaints. Liaison with other department managers/ supervisors. Compensation: $64,000 - $75,000/annually Shift: Days 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday Requirements3 -5 years' prior experience working within a parts department3+ years management or supervisory experienceProficient with Microsoft office   Benefits Health, Dental, Medical, Drug, AD&D, LTD, and Life Insurance.
