Care At Home Services, a leader in quality home care is expanding our amazing team with passionate and hardworking Care Aides to provide one on one care to clients in our community. As part of our team you will be well supported by our 24/7 call center and guided by our dedicated Nurse Case Managers to provide the best possible care to our clients.
Location: Strathmore, AB
Start Date: Immediately
Wage: $20.00 per hour
The follow requirements are required to be a successful candidate:
· Great Attitude and open availability
· Graduated from a recognized Health Care Aide program (considered an asset)
· Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check
· First Aid and CPR "A" Certificate
· A minimum of one year related experience preferred
· Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Ensuring the safety of our clients in their home
· Executing on the care plan, developed by our Nurse Case Managers to provide our clients with quality care: activities of daily living including personal care; meals preparation, light housekeeping and outings
· Documenting client progress
· Escalating care issues to the Nurse Case Manager
Position:
· Casual; hours dependent upon availablity and client needs
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Strathmore, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
