SUMMARY

SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES

  • Prospect new clients and markets (territory, product category, etc.)
  • Present new products, promotions, and business reviews to clients
  • Take orders and forward them to the sales department
  • Manage product pricing, margins, and payment terms
  • Negotiate prices with competitors when necessary
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, work harmoniously, and handle dissatisfaction (quality, market, price, etc.)
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed
  • Develop strategies (sales, pricing, product, etc.) in collaboration with management, assimilate them, and put them into practice
  • Manage your client portfolio
  • Analyze the market and competition
  • Travel to meet with different clients
  • Work independently and efficiently to optimize time and travel
  • Perform other tasks related to the position

ADMISSIBILITY CRITERIA

  • College diploma (DEC) in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Languages: French and English depending on the geographic region of the clientele
