Your expertise will help transform care delivery, foster continuous improvement, and advance the health and safety of patients and communities Who We Are Looking For  Accreditation Canada is seeking Spanish-speaking experienced health care professionals residing permanently in Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, or Dominican Republic to join our team of over 500 surveyors This role is ideal for those with clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or Lab Technologist We invite applicants with experience in Acute Care (Hospital Care) to apply Your Impact  As a surveyor, you will: 

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct on-site surveys.   Assess organizational programs and services against standards of excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement.   Share your expertise to guide organizations in adopting best practices and achieving better outcomes. Key Details 

Location: Latin America     Time Commitment: Minimum of two surveys per year (approximately 10 days Support: Receive initial training, ongoing professional development, a modest honorarium, and full travel reimbursement as per expense policy Required Qualifications Employment in an organization accredited by Accreditation Canada and located within Latin America (preferred countries: Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, or Dominican Republic). Senior-level experience as a health care professional working in an Acute Care (Hospital Care) setting. Clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or Lab Technologist with valid licensure. Experience working with patients, clinicians, administrators, or governance teams on service design or quality improvement initiatives and a strong commitment to improving care quality. Proficiency in Spanish (writing and communication) and technology.   Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.    Preferred Qualifications  Fluency in additional languages such as English, French, Italian, Slovenian, Greek, or German.
