What the Graphic Designer does

    • Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations.
    • Develops and executes brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
    • Manages and supports the day-to-day marketing requests from teams and their client projects.
    • Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records.
    • Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Communicates and manages relationships with external service providers.
    • Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.
    • May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper, and printing.
    • Adheres to corporate style guides on type, colour schemes, and other brand elements.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

What We Require

    • Post-secondary education, preferably in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 1-2 years' experience in graphic design.
    • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience and/or interest in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
    • Analytical thinking skills and strong marketing knowledge.
    • Strong editing and writing skills.
