Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patrons. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality
  • Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Manage cash registers or point-of-sale systems accurately when applicable
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
  • Multitasking job as an when required

Skills

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, including serving or barista roles
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food preparation skills and familiarity with food service operations
  • Hospitality mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
