Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary individual to join GymTonic as a Co-Founder. This is a full-time, remote role where you will play a critical part in driving the strategic direction and growth of the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating on business development strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, building and maintaining partnerships, ensuring smooth operations, and shaping the overall vision of the platform. As a Co-Founder, you will also interact with investors, lead fundraising efforts, and support the core team to create a thriving community-driven fitness platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to develop and execute growth strategies and foster client relationships.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify trends, measure performance, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • A background in entrepreneurship, startups, or fitness-related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take initiative to drive results in a fast-paced startup culture.
